A. Each soap has a description on what its best on 


Q. When do shipping days start counting?

A. Your shipping count starts once your order is processed and you receive tracking information. It does not start when your order was made.


Q. Can i Cancel Or ask for a Refund?

A. No, There are no refunds or cancellations. 


Q. What if i enter the wrong Address Information (includes email ) on my order? 

A. Feel free to email me using the tab Contact here in my website. Include Order Number or Name on the order  and provide the correct information. if your order hasn't been processed i can change it.


Q. What if my order has been shipped and it has the wrong address?

A. Contact your local post office to try get it fixed. No Guarantees on that, i am not responsible if you provided the wrong address
